If your safari booking cannot be confirmed due to technical issues or non-availability of seats, the full safari amount will be refunded to your provided bank account. Proper communication will be made accordingly.
During peak seasons, weekends, and festivals such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, hotels or Forest Lodge bookings may have separate cancellation policies. These will be shared at the time of booking.
Once the tour cost is finalized, any increase in government permit fees, safari charges, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees will be charged extra as applicable.
We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control including force majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, hotel overbooking, or restrictions on visiting places. However, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternate arrangements.
